Other than the period given to move out of the property, you can also state the fines and penalties that the tenant needs to be responsible for as well. There might be the landlord’s legal fees that the tenant will need to pay for along with other additional costs that might be caused by the eviction.

The landlord must include all important information such as the reason why the tenant is being evicted, all the proof, the fees, and many more. Even if your tenant is a family member, you can still issue them with the same letter if they are renting one of your properties. They will still need to pay attention to the rules that are already stated in the contract agreement that they sign before they rent the property.
